Niraj S

Niraj S is an entrepreneur, investor and writer who believes entrepreneurship should create more freedom, not less: freedom over your time, your energy and how you live. His site and writing return to three ideas: entrepreneurship as an engine, energy as a strategy, and freedom through ownership.

At 30 he survived a sudden, serious stroke, which he says permanently changed how he thinks about health, vitality, stress, success and what actually matters. Since then he has co-founded companies across wellness, real estate and technology, and invested in or advised more than 50 businesses.

His main focus today is DKZ Equity, an M&A advisory firm that helps founders in health, wellness, fitness, longevity and human performance prepare for and carry out business sales without regrets. He also writes about entrepreneurship, energy and freedom, and has spoken at founder events and appeared on podcasts about entrepreneurship, investing and wellness.

Meditation and yoga are part of his life and his story. He describes his first meditation teacher telling him that "Entrepreneurship is a window to the soul," and his site shows him leading 1,000 Londoners in meditation on Tower Bridge in 2019. He says he is still exploring yoga, meditation, consciousness and how humans actually thrive.
