Julia Düchting

Julia Düchting is a life coach, yoga teacher and meditation teacher with a background as an engineer and project manager. She knows from that work, and from the early days of her own self-employment, what it is like to be constantly at work, to carry everything in your head and to lose touch with your own needs.

Today she accompanies self-employed women who no longer want to function around the clock. Together they bring clarity and structure to thoughts, decisions and the working day, so that more inner calm and room for the person behind the business can return. Her message is that self-employment should fit a life in which you and your needs also have a place.

Her coaching combines conversation, reflection and body-based work. She describes herself as clear, analytical and solution-oriented from her engineering years, and she brings in the body and what thinking alone cannot resolve. Her work draws on body awareness and mindfulness, meditation, visualisation and work with limiting beliefs.

On her YouTube channel she shares guided meditations, calm yoga sessions and reflections on perfectionism, overwhelm, clarity, boundaries and connection to oneself. Her work is summed up in the line: back into the body, back into relaxation, back to yourself.
